The picnic will begin at 11:00 AM and end at 2:00 PM at Vilas Park (Map). This will be a fun, informal occasion for family and friends. You might want to link it with a trip to the nearby Henry Vilas Zoo. It’s one of a few free zoos in the world accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA).

Our Own Ice Cream Flavor

An exciting feature will be the introduction of a new flavor of Babcock Ice Cream (yet to be named) developed just for this family medicine celebration. The University of Wisconsin has been making and selling highly acclaimed gourmet ice cream for over 90 years on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
