At the airport a complimentary phone is located in baggage claim that connects to us directly, so a guest may call when they land and are ready for pick-up. A complimentary shuttle runs from 7am until 10pm. The shuttle also runs to and from campus buildings, the hospitals, and expo centers. It is available for other downtown locations upon availability.

The Concourse would prefer people to use the bank of hotel phones in baggage claim at the airport to phone the hotel. The operator will advise the guest where the driver is and how long the wait will be. The shuttle runs each half hour to the airport in order to shorten the wait time.
