Chris Viney, MS, MOB, Director of Education Services, earned her Masters degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Illinois Benedictine College, and her Bachelors degree in Biology Secondary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where she graduated with the Summa Cum Laude academic distinction.

With a background in patient care and healthcare administration in the private sector, Chris joined the University of Wisconsin-Department of Family Medicine in January 1997. She is involved in educational administration in the Department, statewide policy development, development and implementation of a variety of Department initiatives and projects, and serves as the Designated Institutional Official for graduate medical education. She also provides financial management for statewide graduate medical education, the Madison residency program, Baraboo rural training track, medical student education and statewide education.

Chris lives in Middleton with her husband Bill. She walks, lifts weights, and also enjoys reading, writing, spending time with friends, interior decoration, collecting and making new recipes, and landscape design.
