Michelle Grosch, MA, Education/Recruitment Coordinator joined the Madison Residency team in 2002. As with all of our residency staff, Michelle is a "jack of all trades." Some key responsibilities include coordinating the Madison recruitment process; working with faculty, residents and staff to develop competency-based curriculum and evaluation systems; helping residents with curriculum planning; overseeing the implementation of New Innovations for the Madison Residency; and anything else that needs to be done.

Michelle hails from the Hoosier state. She moved to Madison for graduate school in 1989 and never left! She joined the Department of Family Medicine in 1995 as the Program Manager for medical student programs. Michelle's family includes her two boys, Nick and Noah, her partner Bob, and her Goldendoodle, Cogs. When she's not at the Residency Program, she enjoys spending time with her family, cycling, running, knitting, and traveling.
