Project FundingLOCUS Stipend InformationThe LOCUS program offers stipends annually to facilitate LOCUS students' participation in community-based projects, programs and/or research. The maximum total dollar amount available for each student stipend is $1,600. This stipend is designed to offset your expenses and allow you concentrated time to work on your community service project. The total amount available for 2008 stipends is $4,800. These monies have been provided for you by the UW-SMPH Department of Family Medicine. If you are requesting a LOCUS Stipend, please complete the on-line application by WEDNESDAY, April 9, 2008.
