Please mark your calendar now for all day Thursday, October 19 and Friday morning, October 20 so that you can attend our 2006 Department of Family Medicine Statewide Meeting at the Edgewater Hotel in downtown Madison.
A continental breakfast on Thursday will begin the day's activities, and back by popular demand, we will again have a revolving slide show with many new and different photos. If you have any photos you would like to share, please send them to Theresa Moen, Clinic Manager at UW Health-Fitchburg by July 5.

Later in the morning, Paul D. Smith, MD will give a presentation on "Health Literacy." This will be followed by a fun interactive game session led by Len Deprey, RN from the Eau Claire Clinic and Trina Copus, Clinic Manager from UW Health - Waunakee.
We will acknowledge our Department of Family Medicine Years of Service Award recipients at lunch, which will be followed by the distinguished Marc Hansen, MD Lectureship Award and talk (recipient not yet known).
