American Academy of Physician Assistants
The American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) is the only national organization that represents physician assistants (PAs) in all specialties and all employment settings. Its membership also includes physician assistant students and supporters of the profession.
Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants
WAPA is your source for all things related to PA practice in Wisconsin - from legislative issues, practice issues, CME opportunities, employment opportunities and health care issues. This site allows access to your WAPA leadership, serves as an epicenter for improvement to the PA profession in Wisconsin and is your gateway to a wide range of member benefits.
Physician Assistant Education Association
The Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA) officially adopted its new name in January 2006, after more than 30 years of existence as the Association of Physician Assistant Programs. PAEA is the only national organization in the United States representing physician assistant (PA) educational programs. Its mission is to pursue excellence, foster faculty development, advance the body of knowledge that defines quality education and patient-centered care, and promote diversity in all aspects of physician assistant education.
The Association of Physician Assistant Programs, established in 1972, is the national organization representing physician assistant educational programs in the United States. APAP's mission is to assist PA educational programs in the instruction of highly educated physician assistants. The association offers an array of services for PA programs, faculty, students, and the general public aimed at fulfilling this mission.
