Overview
This annual forum is an opportunity for anyone interested in primary care practice at all levels of experience to present and learn about primary care research and quality improvement.
Intended Audience
Attendees will include health researchers, quality improvement professionals, physicians, nurses, residents, fellows, medical students, and other health professionals.
Forum Schedule
Meeting Highlights

Plenary speakers will include:
- Jon Temte, MD, PhD, who will speak on influenza, pandemics and medicine;
- Tom Sinsky, MD and Chris Sinsky, MD who will present on the patient-centered medical home; and
- Leigh LoPresti, MD, who will discuss genetics and primary care.
Location

The forum will be held at the Glacier Canyon Lodge which is the conference center at the Wilderness Resort & Waterpark, Wisconsin Dells, WI.
Travel and Accommodations
Participants should call 800.867.9453 to make their room reservations directly with the Wilderness Resort. Rooms are $89 for a double/queen guest room and $114 for a two-bedroom deluxe guest room. To secure these rates, participants must ask for the "WREN group rate" and make their reservation before October 12, 2009.
CMEs
An application will be submitted to the American Academy of Family Physicians to grant CME credit for participation in the research and quality improvement forum.
