The University of Wisconsin Department of Family Medicine and Community Health Belleville Clinic, located in Belleville, Wisconsin, seeks an Assistant Professor (CHS).
We are interested in a dynamic family physician to provide the full spectrum of family medicine skills including inpatient (optional maternity care/OB) at the UW Health Belleville Clinic. This position will also be involved in clinical teaching of residents and other learners.
Duties will include provision of clinical care of patients, maternity care (optional), inpatient and teaching/supervision of residents and other learners. Time is available for participation in scholarly work in the candidate’s area(s) of interest. Participation in clinical faculty call schedule, family practice service schedule, departmental meetings and other duties as they relate to a collateral faculty position in the UW Health Belleville Clinic.
The successful applicant will participate in administrative and committee work to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and the School of Medicine and Public Health. An essential part of these duties will be working in a collegial relationship with other faculty members.
