The University of Wisconsin Department of Family Medicine and Community Health Cross Plains Clinic, located in Cross Plains, Wisconsin, is seeking a Clinical Physician. This is the place to practice family medicine in a strong primary care community.

Job Responsibilities:

The UW Health Cross Plains Clinic is interested in a Family Medicine physician to provide the full spectrum of family medicine skills and patient care. This position will also be involved in clinical teaching of medical students and other learners.

Provision of clinical care for patients at the UW Health Cross Plains Clinic, med/peds call (phone call only), nursing home visits, and performing administrative duties as necessary in the position. This position could include obstetrics/maternity care and newborn rounding if the finalist desires.

This position will be involved in clinical teaching of medical students and other learners. The preferred candidate will either have experience teaching and working with a diverse population or will welcome a commitment to teaching and working with a diverse population. This position may also have the opportunity to work on collaborative initiatives with other parts of UW Health.

Degree and area of specialization: 

 License or Certificate:
Wisconsin medical license is required prior to start date.
Certified by or eligible for certification by the American Board of Family Medicine
