A graduate of Harvard University, the University of Massachusetts Medical School and the West Suburban Family Practice program, Dr. Eddy is interested in behavioral medicine and research. She teaches doctor-patient communication to both residents and medical students. She is the recipient of a Wisconsin Partnership New Investigator award as well as the AAFP-Joint Grant Award Program for research on diabetic foot ulcers. She is the academic partner for the Wisconsin Partnership "Reality Check 21" implementation grant to reduce underage drinking in Eau Claire county. She has been on the Eau Claire faculty since 2002.
