Aurora Center for Senior Health and Longevity at Aurora Sinai Medical Center: Clinic site of the Aurora Geriatrics Fellowship; serves a diverse population referred from the region.
Bread of Healing Clinic: Free clinic staffed by general internists, serves a primarily African-American patient population

Aurora Sinai Family Care Center: The home of the central city site of the residency, serves a largely African-American population.
Aurora Wiselives Family: Wiselives offers integrative health opportunities, with on-site acupuncture, chiropractic, yoga, massage. The clinic serves a more well-educated patient population.
St. Luke's Family Practice Center: Home of the residency, serves a diverse patient population.
Walker's Point Community Clinic: Free Clinic serving a largely Hispanic population.
