Housing

Arranged for by Marshfield Clinic Lakeland Center in Minocqua, housing consists of a two-bedroom condominium on the scenic Timber Ridge Golf Course south of the Minocqua bridge. The condominium features an open concept kitchen, breakfast counter, living room and dining area.

A recreation room is housed in the finished basement, and includes a small kitchen and sitting area with a TV and pooltable.

Each bedroom has two twin-size beds. While every attempt will be made to accommodate one person per room, there is the potential that two students of the same gender may have to share one bedroom. Two bathrooms are located on the upper floor.

A closeted area in the hallway of the condominium contains a washer and dryer.

Utensils, pots and pans are provided. You are expected to bring your own twin-sized sheets, pillows, blankets, VCR, answering machine, radio, alarm clock, etc.

No pets are allowed, and no smoking is permitted inside. Requests for overnight visitors must be pre-authorized by the Regional Site Coordinator.

You must complete a housing contract. Any deviation from the housing rules may result in your loss of housing privileges, requiring you to find other accommodations at your own expense.

You are expected to share this house with other students, both male and female, from various student programs (M3, M4, P.A., D.O., etc.).
