Brittany Gerovac, PA, is a UW Health physician assistant in family medicine.
Brittany cares for children and adults of all ages in all stages of life. She treats acute (sudden) illnesses, such as ear infections, coughs, flu and headaches. She also treats muscle pain and helps patients manage chronic (ongoing) conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, digestive issues, asthma and heart disease.
One of Brittany’s special clinical interests is helping people who struggle with substance use disorders.
To help keep patients healthy and monitor their conditions, Brittany provides general physical exams. She also offers well-child checkups and newborn visits.
During appointments, Brittany listens closely to each patient’s concerns. She answers questions and works together with patients and families to create effective care plans. Whenever needed, she refers patients to specialists and works to coordinate their care.
Her goal is to help each patient feel better and resolve their medical issues.
During her free time, Brittany enjoys sports, reading and exploring new places with her family.
