Bio
Judith Castro-Romaker, MBA (she/her/hers) has over twenty years in the education field. Castro-Romaker started her career in the Madison Metropolitan School District as executive assistant to the special assistant to the superintendent. She later moved to support an assistant principal with the school master schedule, purchasing, and training of administrative assistant. This led to her next role of support to the district with their new student information system where she supported 29 schools with their Infinite Campus needs. Her last role in the district was as the executive assistant to the superintendent.
Castro-Romaker later became executive assistant to the president of Madison College, at which point she earned her Master of Business Administrative with an emphasis in human resources management. After earning her degree, she moved into the human resource department and worked as a recruiter for over four years before becoming the administrative manager for DFMCH.
