Bio
Meghan Vieth (she/her/hers) is an outreach specialist for the Driving Decisions Lab and the Wisconsin Research Education Network (WREN). Vieth graduated from UW-Madison in 2020, majoring in human development & family studies and communication arts with a certificate in digital studies. Prior to joining the department in 2023, Vieth worked at Madison Dane County Public Health where she contributed to both the COVID-19 response and the syringe services/overdose prevention teams.
Vieth’s professional interests include mental health, public health equity, dementia care, and harm reduction. She has extensive experience working with recovery community organizations. In her free time, Vieth enjoys live music, traveling with friends and family, camping, karaoke, and spending time at home with her husband and their two cats.
