Bio

Lauren Gee, MFA, (she/her) is the director of research operations for DFMCH, where she supports overall strategic planning and management of departmental research enterprise. She is deeply passionate about working in research administration and development, where she helps transdisciplinary professionals gain the funding they need to launch and manage world-changing projects.

Gee has 10 years of experience in transdisciplinary research development and administration at R1 institutions, with a background in the science of team science and in change management. Her work is grounded in JDEI best practice, and she is dedicated to advancing inclusive, collaborative research environments.
