Megan Ringo

Primarily, Megan will be working with the research side of the department, helping with grant writing, budgets, and health service programming, but also helping with some outreach grant development. Megan is from the southside of Chicago. She received her BA in Psychology from Ripon College in 2018 and a Master’s in Leadership Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2020. She has research experience in Psychology (social pressure and conformity and fake news and internalized biases); Aging (The Banner Sun Health Research Institute and the Longevity Study); Leadership (authentic leadership development among student-led teams); and Education (leadership minor programming and competency analysis). Outside of work, she likes to find local restaurants and coffee shops, travel, do yoga, play games with friends, read, and watch movies.
