Bio

Jerome Garrett, Jr. (he/him/his) serves as the chief administrative officer for DFMCH. Garrett is profoundly dedicated to the advancement of health equity and wellness initiatives. He has over twenty years of progressive experience in directing teams, managing change, fostering staff development, and demonstrating medical practice leadership.

Garrett is a board-certified healthcare leader who has held several leadership positions at nationally recognized institutions including Mayo Clinic Health System, the Medical College of Wisconsin, and Ascension. He actively engages with various community and civic organizations and is the board chair of Fountain of Life Covenant Church and the treasurer of the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Association of Healthcare Executives.
