Bio
Mollie “Mo” Overby, MPH (they/them/theirs) joined DFMCH in 2025 as the LGBTQIA2S+ Health Equity Coordinator in the Office of Community Health. Overby works with a statewide coalition of community members to address health needs among Wisconsin’s LGBTQIA2S+ population, supports an ECHO continuing education program, and works on a department small-grant needs assessment.
Prior to joining DFMCH, they worked at Planned Parenthood as a classroom educator, facilitator of a peer education program, and as a capacity building specialist for the IN·clued sexual health education program across Washington, Idaho, Alaska, Hawai’i, Indiana, and Kentucky.
Overby is passionate about trans health, sexual and reproductive health, abortion, abolition, community-centered approaches, and analyzing power distribution and systems to make a world where everyone can thrive. They love to collaborate and learn from others and welcome connections!
