Bio

Bich-Nhi Pham, MD (she/her/hers) joined DFMCH in 2025 as a resident. Pham loves exploring, seeing, and interacting with family dynamics in her pursuit of full-spectrum family medicine. Family medicine allows her a breadth and depth of knowledge that aligns with her personal values of working and growing as a community.

Pham ‘s medical journey started while visiting family in Vietnam as a child. She saw that the health of a family was dependent on every member of the family; when one person became ill, the health of the family suffered, and survival became more difficult. She experienced her first sense of community when people in the neighborhood chipped in what they could despite their own hardships. Pham is dedicated to carrying this forward by using her skills and knowledge to impact people, families, and, in turn, their communities.

Outside of medicine, Pham enjoys cooking for people, fantasizing about architecture and her dream home, playing in a band/ensemble, watching great movies and shows, playing videogames, and finding any reason to celebrate.
