Jacqueline Gerhart is a Wisconsin native and completed undergraduate degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Neuroscience at UW-Madison. While in college she worked designing medical devices, and doing industrial engineering projects to improve healthcare delivery. She attended medical school at Mayo Medical School in Rochester, MN, where she developed a strong commitment to primary care. Her special interests include women’s health, sports medicine, mental health and minor surgical procedures. Dr. Gerhart is currently practicing full-spectrum family medicine, including maternity and inpatient care, and is based at UW Health Deforest-Windsor clinic. She also writes a medical column for the Wisconsin State Journal. Outside of medicine, her hobbies include running, biking and tennis.
