The scholarship will fund Atwell’s American Board of Lifestyle Medicine certification and attendance to the American College of Lifestyle Medicine’s annual conference.
The Dr. Stephen Turner Residency Director and Faculty Scholarship covers the full cost of certification in lifestyle medicine that equips awardees with the skills to implement the Lifestyle Medicine Residency Curriculum and train residents in their program. The curriculum prepares residents to make evidence-based lifestyle behavior interventions.
