Kirsten Rindfleisch, MD
Congratulations to Kirsten Rindfleisch, MD (Associate Professor, CHS) on being selected to serve as the next Senior Medical Director of Primary Care for UW Health. Dr. Rindfleisch will use her ten years of progressive leadership experience and strength in systems thinking to provide clinical oversight to more than 300 clinicians caring for over 290,000 patients medically homed in UW Health’s 36 primary care clinics.
Some of Dr. Rindfleisch’s work ahead includes addressing the nuances surrounding clinician burnout, maintaining UW Health’s promise to deliver affordable, high-quality care and equitable outcomes, and realizing the vision of making UW Health a national leader in primary care.
