Baraboo 1-2 Rural Training Track Family Medicine Residency Program

Justin Lynch, MD, is practicing at Essentia Health in Fargo, North Dakota. David Smith, MD, is pursuing a Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship in Madison, Wisconsin.

Madison Residency Program

Nine of the 16 graduates stayed in Wisconsin:

  • Three at DFMCH pursuing fellowships in Academic Medicine (Kimberly Krawzak, MD; Kyle Sherwin, DO) and LGBTQ+ Health (Micah Larson, MD)
  • Two at Access Community Health Centers in Madison (Evelyn Luner, MD; Elisabetta Tyriver, MD)
  • One at UW Health Belleville Clinic in Belleville (David Hardin, MD)
  • One at UnityPoint Family Medicine Clinic in Monona (Kailin Randolph, MD)
  • One at Dedicated Family Care in Madison (Aimée Wattiaux, MD)
  • One at Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville (Logan Yeager, MD)

Three are pursuing fellowships in Michigan (Noah Garber, MD, Disability Health Fellowship in Ann Arbor; Viktoriya Ovsepyan, MD, and Joanna Sherrill, MD, Maternal Newborn Health and Surgical OB Fellowship in Beverly Hills).

Two are practicing in Colorado (Peter Fink, MD, is practicing at UCHealth in Denver; and Rutvi Shah, MD, is practicing at Kaiser Outpatient Practice).

One is practicing at Renaissance Family Medicine Clinic in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania (Abigail Cox, MD), and one is practicing at Duke Outpatient Practice in Durham, North Carolina (Molly Vernon, MD).

Monroe Residency Program

All three Monroe grads stayed in Wisconsin. John Dube, DO, at SSM Health Monroe in Monroe; Annika Evenhouse, DO, at Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center in Janesville; Christian Springer, DO, at SSM Health Monroe Clinic in New Glarus.

Aurora Lakeland Rural Training Track Residency Program – Elkhorn

All three Lakeland graduates stayed in Wisconsin: Carley Reis, MD, at Aurora Family Medicine in Elkhorn; Clayton Lanham, MD, at Aurora Urgent Care in Lake Geneva; Justin Kryshak, MD, at Aurora Family Medicine in Delevan.

Gundersen Health System Family Medicine Residency Program – La Crosse

Two of the La Crosse residents remained in Wisconsin: Joshua Bensen, MD, at Essentia Health in Ashland; Carter Berg, DO, at Osceola Medical Center in Osceola. Three are practicing or pursuing fellowships in Minnesota: Alexander Barnett, MD, Hospice & Palliative Medicine Fellowship in Minneapolis; Kirsten Bluhm, DO, is practicing at M Health Fairview in Hugo; Kaylie McCabe, MD, is practicing at Winona Health in Winona. Nicole Johnston, MD, is practicing at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital in Guttenberg, Iowa

Aspirus Wausau Family Medicine Residency Program

Four of the six Wausau graduates stayed in Wisconsin: C.
