Driving Directions

From Hwy. 41 (west of downtown Appleton): Take College Avenue/Hwy. 125 (Exit 137), east into downtown Appleton. Make a right turn onto Superior Street between the Paper Valley Hotel and M&I Bank. Go one block to Lawrence Street. Turn left on Lawrence. Go about two blocks and turn right onto S. Allen Street, and turn left into the clinic parking lot.

From Milwaukee or the south, via Hwy. 41/441/Oneida Street: From Hwy. 41, take Exit 134 onto Hwy. 441 (Hwy. 10). Exit 441 at the Oneida Street exit and go left (north) on Oneida several miles and over the bridge into downtown Appleton. After crossing the bridge, turn right at the stop light onto Lawrence Street. Take the first right turn after the church onto S. Allen Street, and turn left into the clinic parking lot.

From Green Bay or the north, via Hwy 41/College Avenue: Take Hwy 41 and exit at College Avenue/Hwy 125 (Exit 137). Go East (left) into downtown Appleton. Turn right on Superior Street, left on Lawrence Street and right on Allen Street. The entrance to the parking lot is from Allen Street. Turn left into the UW Health Fox Valley parking lot.
(PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO CONSTRUCTION DO NOT TAKE THE HWY 441 EXIT FROM HWY 41 WHEN COMING FROM THE NORTH. THE EAST COLLEGE AVENUE (CE) BRIDGE INTO DOWNTOWN APPLETON IS CLOSED UNTIL THE FALL OF 2009. THEREFORE, STAY ON HWY 41 UNTIL THE COLLEGE AVENUE EXIT.)

From Madison: Take US 151 to Hwy 41 North (alternate route is US 151 to WI-26 to Hwy 41 North). From Hwy 41, exit on College Avenue/Hwy. 125 (Exit 137). Go east (right) into downtown Appleton. Turn right onto Superior Street between the Paper Valley Hotel and M&I Bank. Go one block to Lawrence Street. Turn left on Lawrence and go a couple blocks. Just after Trinity Lutheran Church, turn right onto Allen Street, and turn left into the clinic parking lot.

Directions from the UW Department of Family Medicine in Madison to UW Health Fox Valley Clinic: Head north on S. Mills Street and turn right onto Regent Street. Turn left on W. Washington Ave. Turn right on N. Fairchild St., go 2 blocks. Turn left on to W. Doty St., go another 3 blocks. Turn Left on to S Webster St., go 2 blocks. Turn right on to E Washington Ave. (151). Follow directions above from Madison.
