FMIG Goals

The goals of the student-run Family Medicine Interest Group are to:

• Provide information and clarification about the specialty of Family Medicine
• Provide ongoing support to students interested in Family Medicine
• Promote Family Medicine as a viable alternative to other specialties
• Expose students to the possibilities offered by Family Medicine
• Demonstrate that Family Medicine is active in the community
