Mindfulness training in residency education is a relatively new area of research. Below is a collection of articles that have explored the potential effects of resident-specific mindfulness programs. Please note that some of the curricula described in the literature have centered on mindfulness-specific training, while others have incorporated mindfulness education into a broader wellbeing-focused curricula.
