Application Process
- Review eligibility requirements and submit the following documents through the UW–Madison job site posting (posting will be available on July 1):
- Curriculum vitae
- Personal statement including details about how a Rural FMOB fellowship would help you with your career goals and plans for rural practice
- Submit your procedural experience in our Applicant Procedure Survey:
- Vaginal deliveries
- C-sections
- Vacuum-assisted deliveries
- Third-degree perineal laceration repair
- Fourth-degree perineal laceration repair
- IUD placement/removal
- Endometrial biopsies
- D&Cs
- Prenatal ultrasound
- Colposcopy
- Optional: you may also include upcoming rotations, electives, or professional development that may prepare you for fellowship training.
- Have your letter writers–or a third party, such as a program coordinator–send three letters of recommendation directly to Fellowship Coordinator Jenny White (jennifer.white@fammed.wisc.edu). One must be from your current program director (or current supervisor if in practice).
